Juve runs, Napoli wants to catch them

Thanks to a sumptuous Dybala, the Italian champions, already with their heads in Barcelona for Tuesday's match in the Champions League, knock Chievo 3-0 - Tonight it's up to Napoli to respond with Bologna, still dazed by the Neapolitans' goal of the season last

Juve runs, Napoli wants to catch them

The Lady doesn't miss a beat. Despite the turnover and the very insidious transfer to Barcelona at the gates, Allegri's gang proves to be ruthless and hungry and thus takes home 3 important points, which allow them to remain at the top of the standings with full points. However, not all that glitters is gold: the match against Chievo was far more angular than the 3-0 final. “Actually we suffer too many shots, in defense we have to improve – commented Allegri. – For the first time we played with 3 midfielders, we didn't have much time to prepare and we ended up conceding too much, even if it was important not to concede goals. Now we can think about Barcelona…”. All things considered, the match in Turin was peaceful, despite the pouring rain that risked affecting it quite a bit. The Juventus coach decided to face it with an unprecedented 4-3-3 with Benatia and Rugani as a central pair, Asamoah on the left, Matuidi and Sturaro to act as "bouncers" for Pjanic and the Douglas Costa-Higuain-Mandzukic trident in attack.

Lots of firepower, yet the game-breaking goal came thanks to an own goal from poor Hetemaj, unfortunate in anticipating his opponents and teammates on a free-kick from Pjanic and beating the innocent Sorrentino (17') against his will. Chievo did not give up and even came close to equalizing with Radovanovic (very good Szczesny, in his first time as owner in place of Buffon), however in the second half they had to surrender to the overwhelming power of the black and whites, in the meantime returned to the classic 4 -2-3-1. Higuain made it 2-0 with a goal from a real centre-forward (58') and then Dybala, who took over for Douglas Costa, made it 3-0 with an amazing play, the umpteenth of this splendid start to the season (83 ').

This evening (20.45 pm) it will be Napoli's turn to respond, against Bologna that was buried with goals a year ago (7-1!). “It was a bad stain but we mustn't think about it – Donadoni's words. – We know very well that they are very strong but this appointment is very important for us, getting a result would count for a lot”. No comment instead from Maurizio Sarri, still grappling with a strange press blackout ordered by De Laurentiis for somewhat obscure reasons. What matters most, however, will be the expression of the pitch, with the Azzurri in typical formation despite the away match in Donetsk on Wednesday. Napoli's 4-3-3 will see Reina in goal, Hysaj, Albiol, Koulibaly and Ghoulam in defense, Allan, Diawara and Hamsik in midfield, Callejon, Mertens and Insigne in attack. Same system also for Donadoni, who will respond with Mirante in goal, Krafth, De Maio, Maietta and Masina in the back, Taider, Donsah and Poli in the midfield, Verdi, Destro and Di Francesco in the offensive trident.
