For Great Britain it is officially a recession. The country recorded negative growth in its GDP for the second consecutive quarter, which contracted by 0,7% on a quarterly basis, after -0,3% in the first quarter. The drop is worse than analysts' expectations of -0,2% and marks the largest reduction since early 2009.
