The Guardia di Finanza starts studying in order to implement the investigations and raise the standards of the body, adapting them to international rules.
Particular attention will go to foreign languages, with the study of Chinese and Arabic, which have become fundamental in today's society. And again: collaboration with the other police forces (including those of foreign countries) and with the various professional orders, greater attention to the police of the sea and to the security of the external borders of the European Union. Tools that, together, will serve to combat international and transnational crimes more effectively.
The measures, envisaged as part of the new training plan illustrated by the Fiamme Gialle in a circular letter, aim to "implement both at a centralized and peripheral level, a model of professional preparation that is adequate for the breadth and complexity of the institutional missions of the the finance police".
The rules contained in the 2018 training plan, which implement the European regulations contained in the European Training Scheme, will also focus on the circulation of the euro and other means of payment.
