A journey through time together with the dinosaurs, with exhibitions of life-size models, reproductions of fossils, animated readings, creative workshops and videos. Saturday 4 October 2014, from 15.30 to 18.30, School of ideas (Voltone del Podestà, Piazza Re Enzo 1/N), a project of the Golinelli Foundation, will host a special event on the occasion of the launch of the new fundraising campaign to improve the educational and training proposals aimed at teachers, students and families. Guided tours, interactive activities in which children become the real protagonists by deepening the topics related to paleontology, alternating theoretical moments with active experimentation, making each activity a unique experience and an opportunity for discovery. The event is organized in collaboration with the Appi Paleontological Association.
Programme:
ASK THE PALEONTOLOGIST: a real paleontologist available to satisfy all your curiosities and find out what we know about the prehistoric world. The prehistoric atmosphere will be made even more spectacular by the presence of fossils, heads and life-size reconstructions of the rulers of the past, from Cronopius to Tyrannosaurus rex, with small guided tours for enthusiasts of all ages.

BUDGET PALEONTOLOGISTS: Aspiring scientists will be able to make a copy of a fossil using plaster and plasticine to take home the result of their discoveries.

PREHISTORIC SKETCHES: with the guidance of a paleoartist, the little ones will discover all the secrets for drawing a dinosaur. From 15.30 to 18.30 [from 2 to 6 years]
