The better-than-expected Ifo index pushes European stock markets further on a day of rebound after the "black monday" linked to the Chinese case – The banks are doing well.

In August the Ifo index on business confidence in Germany rose surprisingly to 108,3 points, from 108 in July. Analysts had expected an average decline to 107,5 points.

The better-than-expected result gave the sprint to the European stock markets, which today rebounded after the "black monday" linked to worries about China. 

In the middle of the day the price lists accelerate and Milano is the pink jersey (+2,8%), followed by Paris (+ 2,7%), Frankfurt (+ 2,3%) and London (+ 2,1%).

The best stocks of the Ftse Mib are those of Intesa Sanpaolo (+4,58%), Azimut Holding (+4,09%), Stmicroelectronics (+3,85%), Campari (+3,84%) and Banca Pop Emilia Romagna (+3,76%).

Also good Unicredit (+ 3,4%), Telecom Italy (+ 3,7%), Eni (+ 2,4%) and Enel (+ 2,2%).

In red only Mediaset (-0,3%).
