Kairos announces two new appointments: Gabriele Zuliani and Francesca Pezzoli are now respectively Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relator of the group's holding, Kairos Investment Management.
Zuliani, 53, has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, capital management, investment management, administration and budgeting, risk management in the insurance sector and corporate finance transactions. Before joining the Kairos team, Zuliani worked for 15 years in the Intesa Sanpaolo group, where he held various positions, before taking on the role of CFO.
Pezzoli, 37, was Investor Relations Manager for Astm/Sias (Gavio group), where she dealt with the management of relations with institutional investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, bondholders, credit analysts and rating agencies.
