The holding company that invests in digital startups has launched a 1,2 million euro capital increase reserved for a pool of strategic investors, including Elettra Investimenti and Luiss University

The board of directors of LVenture, a company listed on the Milan stock exchange that invests in digital startups, has given the go-ahead for a 1,2 million euro capital increase reserved for a pool of strategic investors, including Kairos, Elettra Investments and the Luiss University. In particular, Luiss was already a shareholder of LVenture and with this operation it will rise to 4,5% of the capital.

The Board of Directors of LVenture also approved the quarterly results, archived with a turnover of 779 thousand euros and a loss of 162 thousand euros.

Returning to the capital increase, it will be completed by 31 May and provides for a maximum of 1.904.918 newly issued shares, of which 1.524.591 intended for listing, for a value of 930 thousand euros, and reserved for strategic investors such as Kairos Partners (asset management and private banking group) and Elettra Investimenti (holding company active in the energy sector and listed on the Aim market of Borsa Italiana).

Another 380.327 shares, with a total value of 232 thousand euros, are not intended for listing. These shares are reserved for Luiss "because of its strategic interest in holding a stable medium-long term stake in the capital of LVenture Group", reads the press release.

The subscription price of the shares was set at 0,61 euro each. LVenture reports that there are no selling restriction and/or lockup agreements between the company and the investors.
