Change the shareholding structure of the investment company Kairos. The founding partner Guido Brera and two historical managers such as Rocco Bove e Massimo Trabattoni they returned to being partners in the company, coming to hold a total shareholding of 30%. The majority stake remains firmly in the hands of the Swiss bank Julius Baer, whose participation however drops to 70%. This was announced by Kairos herself in a note, specifying that "other key managerial figures are also expected to enter the company's capital" and that "a new industrial plan has been defined, based on Kairos' strengths both in assets and in wealth management for high net-worth individuals”, institutional customers and distribution networks.

In the meantime, as announced in September of last year, Fabrizio Rindi he will pass the baton to a new CEO and starting from 2021 he will assume the role of president of Kairos Partners Sgr.
