Among the suitors, according to Radiocor, there is also Beni Stabili which has proposed, through its asset management company Beni Stabili Gestioni, the establishment of a real estate fund into which the area will merge.

The project has been brought to the attention of the board of directors of the management company headed by Leonardo Del Vecchio for an initial examination, but at the moment there are no exclusives and Juventus does not neglect alternative hypotheses.

Investments in the Continassa area are estimated at a total of 345 million, of which 140 million already made through the construction of the new stadium.
