Juve and Inter, the last sparks of the transfer market. Keita, Lazio coup

Lotito won. Keita's transfer to Monaco for 30 million (medical examinations sustained yesterday) is a success above all for Lazio, capable of monetizing a player who, in less than a year, would have gone away on a free transfer. Instead, Juventus and Inter remain empty-handed, for a long time entangled in a downward negotiation which, however, never took off. Even Keita himself understood this, who despite having promised himself to the Bianconeri and not disdaining the Nerazzurri, preferred to leave Italy and settle in Monaco, where he will replace the Mbappé phenomenon (together with Jovetic).

Thus, one of the most important cases left on the market closes which at this point, less than 48 hours after closing, should not hold any big surprises. Juve and Inter are the big players who still have to do something. The bianconeri have welcomed Howedes (3 million for the loan, optional redemption fixed at 12) and therefore can say that they have sorted out the defence: the German can play both in the center and on the right and is an excellent "substitute" for both Bonucci and Dani Alves.

Marotta, however, has not yet lost hope of reaching Spinazzola and hopes that the boy will be able to assert his will with Atalanta. There would also be the intention to strengthen himself in midfield: the hot name is that of André Gomes but so far Barcelona has not met the loan request with the right to buy. Maneuvers underway also at Inter where they are still trying to get a central defender and a midfielder.

The number one objective is Mustafi, with whom Ausilio has already reached an agreement in principle: the problem now is finding an agreement with Arsenal who, just a year ago, bought him from Sampdoria for 40 million. There is a certain optimism in England, the Nerazzurri are crossing their fingers and hoping to conclude what would in all respects be a great signing for the defence. Eyes on the other side of the Channel also for the midfield, given that the other target in the last few hours of the transfer market is Tottenham's Moussa Sissoko.

Inter have offered a loan with the right to buy, a solution that would seem to suit the club but not so much for the player, who has only decided to move on a permanent basis. Everything proceeds in parallel with the transfers: after Jovetic, Gabigol is also about to leave for Benfica, where he will play on loan outright. The same goes for Milan, focused above all on thinning out a squad that is too large.

Niang, Paletta and Sosa are about to say goodbye: in addition to the usual Turin, Lazio have also fallen on the first and would like him to replace Keita. The Biancocelesti are also very close to the Italian-Argentine defender while Sosa should marry Trabzonspor, where he would find Kucka again. Closure dedicated to Napoli, which after having closed the Reina case positively (the goalkeeper refused the advances of PSG) sold Pavoletti to Cagliari for 12 million: a figure that represents the absolute record in the history of the Sardinian club, never before author of such an expensive business.
