Jobyourlife and the others, here are the best startups to find work

Man has always made a virtue of necessity. For this reason, in a period in which employment is reduced almost everywhere to a minimum, a gigantic theory of startups is flourishing to find jobs. We have already talked about the colossus LinkedIn, the social network that, in some way, represents the father of the species, and growing Italian companies such as Face4Job and Egomnia. Now we continue our journey within the revolution that promises to change our access routes to the world of work forever.

A revolution that also speaks, and a lot, Italian. In fact, there are many promising realities born in our country or founded by Italians abroad. Among these stands out jobyourlife, fast-growing startup, which is based on an algorithm capable of perfecting the intersections between job applications and offers by overturning the traditional model: it is not the candidate who navigates through the offers but it is the company that looks for the candidate. Everything is based on geolocation. Founded in Milan by Andrea De Spirt, Jobyourlife can already count on 400 subscribers.

A similar discourse, at least as regards the search for the best possible match between company and workers, can be done for meritocracy which starts, however, from the point of view of companies which, through photos and videos, present themselves to candidates interested in the various open positions.

Another pearl extracted from the Italian seabed is Hivejobs, founded in Castel Maggiore by Alessandro Raguseo and Daniele Bacchi, but which can already count, just over a year after its birth, an office in London. The peculiarity of this startup is the introduction of a figure, the Hivescout, who operates in the reference sector of the open job position and acts as a selector based on the profiles.

Jobrapido, on the other hand, is a search engine for job offers that has been active since 2004. After years of success, 49% of the capital of German and Italian shareholders was sold to a subsidiary of Dmgt for about 30 million euros.

A success similar to the one known by guild, a reality that operates only in the USA, but co-founded by the Italian Luca Bonmasser, and which has raised 26 million dollars in funding in three years. Gild's novelty is a technology that examines and processes Big data, taking into consideration the reputation on specialized sites, social networks and theactivity within LinkedIn.

But the flowering of startups and job-finding portals clearly does not end here, but is made up of numerous rapidly growing realities such as Flazingo.com, the coloss Monster, InfoJobs and Indeed, Jobijoba, which can count on integration with LinkedIn, up to more varied and immediate realities such as Kjijji and Subito.it.
