Therefore completed the obligations leading to the sale of 100% of Italo to Global Infrastructures Partners (Gip), a fund that manages 40 billion dollars of assets managed in transport, energy, water and waste management, owner of the London airport of Gatwick, Equis Energy of Singapore and liquefied gas fields in India.

After the meeting, the new board of directors met and confirmed Montezemolo as president and appointed Cattaneo as CEO.
