Italmobiliare will partner Tikeau Capital in an equal joint venture for the purchase offer of all the shares of the Fondo Italiano d'Investimento (FII) managed by Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR SpA.
The operation – explains a note from Italmobiliare – would make it possible to give continuity to the economic and strategic support for some medium-sized Italian companies, in line with the project launched in 2010 by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
In particular, FII's portfolio is currently made up of minority stakes in 23 companies operating in diversified sectors ranging from industry to food, from services to IT, with significant increases in turnover and potential exposure to foreign markets.
