Italian Exhibition Group is listed on the Stock Exchange. The company has been admitted by Borsa Italiana to the Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA). "The Company also announces that it will present to Borsa Italiana, by tomorrow, the application for admission to trading of the Shares on the MTA and, if the conditions are met, on the STAR Segment".
The operation is subject to the green light from Consob.
The company that manages Rimini Fiera and the Vicenza fair he also explains that the "free float required for listing purposes will be obtained through a private placement reserved for qualified investors in Italy and foreign institutional investors...There is no offer to the general public in Italy and/or in any other country".
The shares involved in the offer derive, respectively, from a capital increase and from the sale by Rimini Congressi and Salini Impregilo. Intermonte SIM and Equita SIM (the coordinators of the offer), also in the name and on behalf of the members of the placement and guarantee syndicate, will also grant an option to subscribe, at the offer price of a reserved tranche of the capital increase, which may be exercised, in whole or in part, until the thirtieth day following the start date of trading of the Shares on the MTA.
Il Bid Price of the shares will be determined at the end of the order collection period, according to the Open Price mechanism, and will be announced within five trading days of the end of the order collection period.
THEstart of negotiations of the shares on the MTA will be established by Borsa Italiana with a subsequent notice, subject to the issue by CONSOB of the go-ahead for the publication of the Information Prospectus and to Borsa Italiana's verification of the constitution of sufficient free float.
