During the first day of the offer on the Stock Exchange, Italcementi has sold all 1,394 million unexercised option rights during the capital increase, valid for the subscription of 597.570 newly issued ordinary shares, at price of 4,825 euro per share and on the basis of a ratio equal to three shares for every seven rights. This was reported in a statement released this morning by the company.
The exercise of the rights acquired as part of the offer on the Stock Exchange - Italcementi continues - and the subscription of the related shares must be carried out through the authorized intermediaries adhering to the centralized management system of Monte Titoli, under penalty of forfeiture, by 7 July .
The shares linked to the exercise of the rights will be credited to the intermediaries' accounts at the end of the accounting day of the last day of exercise of the Rights and will therefore be available from the following settlement day.
Meanwhile, today in mid-morning the Italcementi share on the Stock Exchange is up 1,74%, to 7 euro.
