ITA Airways, Meloni replies the protectionist mess of Conte1: Italian partner to work alongside Lufthansa?

The Meloni government risks repeating the flop of the Conte 1 government (Lega + Five Stars) and prolonging the curse of Alitalia with choices without an industrial foundation

ITA Airways, Meloni replies the protectionist mess of Conte1: Italian partner to work alongside Lufthansa?

Su ITA Airways the government Melons it is getting bogged down in the same quicksand as the Government Count 1 (Five Stars + Lega) when, to vainly try to keep Alitalia alive, in 2019 they tried in every way to push the State Railways into a fatal embrace with the dying Italian aircraft, only to conclude the operation with a sensational flop.

ITA AIRWAYS, AFTER BLOCKING THE ROPE CHOSEN BY DRAGHI, THE MELONI GOVERNMENT IS COLLECTING THE Shards

Now the Meloni government, after culpably interrupting talks with the consortium led by the American fund Centares and also composed by the American Delta and Air France-KLMwhich was chosen by the Government Worryi, threatens to push the privatization of ITA Airways back to the high seas. And, to save what can be saved by marking an absurd discontinuity, it is probing various public companies (not just Fs) to convince them to take a significant stake in the capital of the small Italian company (29%) and thus support the leader of the alternative consortium, i.e. the Germans from Lufthansa, appreciated by the League, who would hold 51%, the rest remaining in the hands of the MEF.

It must be said immediately that the replication of the bankruptcy operation of the Conte 1 government would be another madness without any industrial logic, inspired only by protectionist, nationalistic and dirigiste regurgitations which would produce the beautiful paradox of handing over to the Germans what remains of the Italian air market, from years now colonized by the many low cost that circulate in our skies, Ryanair ahead.

ITA AIRWAYS: THE ABSURD DISCONTINUITY THAT RISKS TO REPLICATE THE CURSE OF ALITALIA

We'll see how it ends but when, for purely identity reasons, you want to distance yourself from the reasonable choices of the Draghi government and you do so by distorting industrial logic with a good dose of amateurism, the danger that the curse of Alitalia and that once again taxpayer's money is wasted to surreptitiously keep alive our small national airline that loses two million a day is just around the corner. Instead of chasing butterflies on the Basic income, it is time for the opposition to wake up and make its voice heard on typically industrial terrains, such as ITA Airways, Lukoil and Acciaierie d'Italia, on which a part of the country's future is at stake.
