In the 2019-2020 edition of Webranking, the "Oscars" of online communication, the Hera Group was the best Italian utility and the third company among the 112 analyzed by the experts of Lundquist e Includes, which every year examine the corporate sites of the major Italian companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
In detail, Hera – which has been in the top 10 of this ranking since 2006 – obtained a score of 90,0/100, placing itself among the seven companies awarded with 5 stars.
According to Lundquist's analysis, the corporate website of the multi-utility "allows the user to have a detailed view of the company and its activities". In particular, "the Hera Group proves to be close to the needs of various types of public: the Press and Careers sections, in fact, are particularly effective in communicating with the reference public".
The Webranking research presents itself as a "stress test" on the transparency of companies, as it measures the gap between the information presented by companies and the requests of stakeholders.
