Positive data for Italian families in third quarter 2014. reports theIstat which today communicated the data on the propensity to save and on purchasing power of Italian families.
La propensity to save, in the third quarter of 2014, returned to the levels of the third quarter of 2009. In fact, measured net of seasonal factors, the propensity to save was equal to 10,8% up 1,6% compared to the second quarter of 2014 and 0,9 percentage points compared to the third quarter of 2013.
On the front of the purchasing power of households, Istat reports an increase in the third quarter of 2014 of 1,9% compared to the previous quarter and of 1,5% compared to the same period of 2013.
