We receive and gladly publish as an attachment a speech by Hooman Mirmohammad Sadeghi, an Iranian who graduated in Italy and today works in our country as a consultant on trade between Italy and Iran.
Having long been one of our most important export markets, Iran has become an extremely difficult destination for our goods for many years due to international sanctions applied to trade with the country.
Hooman's speech traces the history and consequences of these sanctions on the country's trade and the possibility, after the election of President Rohani, of a turning point in trade relations between Iran and the rest of the world, if there is a definitive agreement on the question of the Iranian nuclear program.
