The price of the Ipo Poste will be in the middle of the fork and that is between 6,5 and 6,75 euros. This would be the orientation of the Treasury and of the placing banks a few hours after the closing of the placement scheduled for the end of today's morning, Thursday 22 October, at 13,30 pm.
The government therefore, in the light of the successful order collection, decides not to force it and to stop at an average price value within the range initially defined (between 6 and 7,5 euros). The reason for this choice lies in the fact that the placement has certainly proved to be a success with a demand that is starting to cover 4 times the supply and yet it is reasonable to place itself in a range that allows the Poste stock to maintain the value of the IPO from Tuesday 27 October onwards, when it will enter the Piazza Affari price list, at a time when the markets are still dominated by volatility.
