Cellnex Telecom IPO: green light from CNMV (Spanish Consob)

Cellnex Telecom, the company of the Spanish group Abertis which recently bought 8 towers for the transmission of the telephone signal from Wind, goes public. Yesterday the IPO received the definitive green light from the CNMV, the Spanish Consob.

Cellnex Telecom will debut on the Bolsa de Madrid on 7 May and its capitalization will be between 2,78 and 3,243 billion euros for a unit value of the share between 12 and 14 euros.

The placement in Spain as in other foreign equity markets will be reserved for qualified institutional investors.

Cellnex Telecom's free float will initially be 55% and then reach 60,5% of the share capital. Abertis remains the main shareholder.
