iPhone 6 Plus, today is the first day in Italy. But it is already controversy about some defects

Today is the day of the release in Italy of the new iPhone 6 Plus and, as usual, since dawn queues have formed at the entrance of all the Apple Stores of the peninsula. While fans jostle to grab the new smartphone model of the bitten apple, this would immediately seem to present critical issues that have not a little embarrassed Cupertino, forced to announce "investigations" and whose stock has fallen on Wall Street in recent days.

The problems are of a technical nature and primarily concern the so-called "bendgate" which has been talked about so much in recent days: that is, the smartphone tends to bend too easily, even if kept in the front pockets of the trousers. It is very thin and the aluminum structure, which is very flexible in itself, may not have been properly structured to avoid excessive weight. The problem is not only aesthetic, obviously, but risks compromising the functioning of the display and the battery.

The inconvenience (so to speak, given that we are talking about devices that cost between 800 and 1000 euros) does not seem to have affected the less bulky version of the new Apple smartphone, the 6-inch iPhone 4.7. It is not the first time that the new iPhones give problems. The iPhone 4, for example, began with a serious problem with the antenna, so much so that there was talk of "antennagate".

Not only that: even the new iOS 8 operating system, from Apple has recently carried out the first update (8.0.1), has problems. Among these, the malfunction of the new Health app, so much so that the update was quickly withdrawn because many users reported being disconnected from their operator as well as no longer being able to use the Touch ID, or fingerprint reading digital for the recognition of the legitimate owner.
