A change and a confirmation at the top of Invitalia, the National Agency for the attraction of investments and business development SpA, a joint-stock company 100% owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance,
Claudio Tesauro, lawyer and coordinator of the Antitrust, Community and Regulated Activities department of the Bonelli – Erede studio, has been appointed president of the company, while the role of managing director will remain in the hands of Domenico Arcuri. The news was announced by the same company which, during the meeting held today for the approval of the 2015 financial statements, also appointed the new board of directors.
In addition to Tesauro, who replaces Giancarlo Innocenzi Botti and Arcuri, Angela Donvito, Alessandra Lanza and Mauro Romano will also be part of the Invitalia board of directors.
As far as the accounts are concerned, the company underlines that, for the eighth consecutive year, 2015 also closed with a positive result, recording a profit of 806 thousand euros.
