Atlante Seed and Digital Magics come to the rescue of Italian digital start-ups. The first, which entered the capital of the second in July 2013, is a fund of the Intesa Sanpaolo group managed by IMI Fondi Chiusi SGR, dedicated to Seed and Early Stage capital. The second is a certified venture incubator of innovative start-ups listed on AIM Italia. The two have signed an agreement to jointly develop investment activities in digital start-ups.
The goal is to increase the investment capacity for the newborn companies selected and incubated by Digital Magic, offering them the necessary resources to grow.
In this way, Atlante Seed enters the Angel Network of Digital Magics and will be entitled to participate in the seed rounds, entering the capital of startups with high growth potential and co-investing in the companies proposed by the incubator.
The Digital Magics Angel Network evaluates startups, submits new projects to the incubator and offers its industrial expertise and financial resources to foster the growth of startups.
