Intesa Sanpaolo proceeds with the activities envisaged in the 2014-2017 business plan and launches the new service and organizational model of the Banca dei Territori. In each of the seven existing regional directorates, three specialized "commercial areas" are now identified - Retail, Personal and Business - to allow for a better level of service, making the most of the specific skills of the personnel.
Each regional management will therefore see a simplification of the commercial structure, consistent with a better correspondence between professional skills and customer needs. In addition to the existing central structures, each regional directorate will have a commercial director for each specialization "territory" who in turn will coordinate the area directors, under whom the branches will continue to operate.
Overall, over 1.000 new managers will be created - branch, area and commercial - with concrete growth opportunities for around 2.000 people, enhanced in roles of greater responsibility and with important performance and customer development objectives.
