Intesa Sanpaolo announces that, following the new organizational structure of the Group announced last December, new appointments have been defined in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Division and in Banca IMI, the investment bank of the Group which falls within the organizational perimeter of the Division itself.
In particular as regards Banca IMI, whose leadership remains entrusted to the Chief Executive Officer Mauro Micillo, the Board of Directors has appointed Massimo Mocio, General Manager of the investment bank. Mocio also maintains the position of Head of the Global Markets Business Unit ad interim. Marco Lattuada assumes the position of Head of the Corporate and Strategic Finance Business Unit.
With regard to the CIB Division, led by Mauro Micillo, Raffaello Ruggieri is appointed Head of the Global Corporate Department. Ruggieri succeeds Marco Rottigni, who has assumed the position of Chief Lending Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo.
