PRIVATE BANKING
The new head of the private banking division will be Tommaso Corcos, who previously worked at Banca Fideuram and is currently at the head of Intesa's asset management.
Paolo Molesini maintains the responsibility of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking until the date of the Shareholders' Meeting to approve the 2019 Financial Statements. On that day, the appointments of Corcos as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager and Paolo Molesini as president.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
In asset management, Corcos will be replaced by Saverio Perissinotto, who is currently in charge of the ISPB business coordination area of the division and general manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking.
Corcos will maintain the positions of managing director and general manager of Eurizon Capital SGR until the date of convening the 2019 financial statements meeting, when the appointment of Perissinotto as managing director and general manager will be proposed.

The International Subsidiary Banks division will be led by Marco Rottigni, formerly in the global corporate direction of the corporate and investment banking division and currently responsible for the chief lending officer governance area.

Again: the new number one in the governance area division will instead be Paola Angeletti, who, after having been responsible for the central management of M&A and shareholdings in the chief governance officer area, today holds the reins of the international subsidiary banks division.
