Intesa Sanpaolo launched an “At1” perpetual bond on Tuesday. The total amount of the bond is equal to 1,5 billion euros, but the issue is divided into two tranches of 750 million.

On 20 February, the bank led by Carlo Messina successfully placed two tranches of At1 perpetual securities for a total of 1,5 billion euro against a demand that reached 8 billion.
