A new project financed by Banca Intesa Sanpaolo is underway for the sustainable growth and development of Gold Art Ceramica spa, better known for its EnergieKer brand products.

The operation that falls under the funding from the PNRR born from the will of the company, excellence in the ceramic industry market, to raise the technological level for better environmental and energy sustainability of its production processes.

EnergieKer which was born in 1986 in Pavullo nel Frignano (Modena) and more recently it has invested in a cogeneration system and in a large photovoltaic plant for the combined and simultaneous production of electricity and a latest generation atomizer.

In this context Intesa Sanpaolo, increasingly in favor of promoting the development of a sustainable economy, has launched a medium-long term financing instrument called S-Loan specifically designed to accompany the efforts of companies in the direction of greater sustainability from an environmental, social and corporate governance point of view. S-Loan supports the medium-long term needs of companies with dedicated favorable conditions, thanks to the rate reductions that will be recognized upon achievement of the improvement objectives in the ESG area. To the raddition of the KPIs, a discount will be recognized on the financing in order to reward the results achieved. S-Loan is a loan that rewards virtuous behavior in the field of sustainability.

The financed interventions, thanks to the positive impact in terms of climate change mitigation, fall within the objectives of the Green New Deal, the plan promoting a circular, modern, sustainable and resilient Europe. SACE, an institution supporting the development of the country system, plays a central role in the implementation of the Green New Deal on the Italian territory, as required by the "Simplifications" Law Decree of July 2020 (76/2020).
