Mastercard and Intesa Sanpaolo announce, on the occasion of Connext of Confindustria, the launch of the InfoVendite platform, an innovative market and big data analysis tool at the service of SMEs. Based on transactions made with payment cards, it allows entrepreneurs and merchants to better understand sales trends and business dynamics in the geographical context of reference. The platform is in fact an advanced tool for in-depth analysis of the trends characterizing the small business world, thanks to the study of transactional data processed in an anonymous and aggregated form. Sales trends, results achieved by competitors, composition of national and international customers and trends in the reference sector are some of the information and statistics that the service offers. Specifically, the platform allows you to view your performance on the basis of parameters such as the average receipt, the average disbursement per customer, the average frequency of visits to the point of sale per customer, the relevance of the merchant's business within a specific Reference zip code, the distribution of transactions by hour of the day and the distribution of spending by day of the week. Lastly, InfoVendite allows you to compare the data collected with those of the reference product sector and direct local competition.

The digital and interactive platform can be accessed from the web and from smartphones. The analyzes and statistics generated are characterized by the high significance of the data, the high accessibility, timeliness and low cost of the information. Using the platform is simple and intuitive. Thanks to reporting systems, operators are able to easily evaluate which changes and improvements to implement to improve their competitive capacity and customer service. InfoVendite is available to all medium and small businesses equipped with Intesa Sanpaolo POS, which operate in product sectors sensitive to the use of electronic payments with Mastercard circuit cards.
