More aid for artisans, small and micro-enterprises. They decided it Intesa Sanpaolo and Confartigianato Imprese, expanding the agreement to support the competitiveness of the country, in which the company spread throughout the territory represents a model. Liquidity support, relaunch of investments for Transition 4.0, sustainable growth, initiatives for female entrepreneurship, social inclusiveness and extraordinary finance projects are at the heart of the partnership which also includes the new instruments of Motore Italia, the strategic program launched by Intesa Sanpaolo to the relaunch of small and medium-sized enterprises through new development projects in line with the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The agreement signed between the leading Italian banking group and Confartigianato Imprese renews and expands the collaboration process launched in the midst of the health crisis to integrate the extraordinary measures implemented by the Government with the support actions implemented by Intesa Sanpaolo and to maximize interventions provided for by the Superbonus mechanisms and by the others tax incentives introduced by the 2020 Relaunch Decree. As part of the agreement, the bank led by Carlo Messina provides member companies with new solutions such as the extension of existing loans up to 15 years, leveraging the current regulatory framework that allows the use of guarantees from the Central Fund at the 80% granted pursuant to the regulation on the de minimis and the management of working capital, through additional credit lines with respect to the pre-existing ones, with a duration of 18 months minus 1 day, of which 6 for pre-amortization, in addition to what is expressly provided for by the Decree Supports bis, soon to be converted.

With a view to promoting the technological renewal of associated companies, Intesa Sanpaolo also offers financial solutions and dedicated consultancy support. For example, with the aim of promoting the diffusion of a new culture consistent with the adoption of ESG principles, i.e. relating to the values ​​of environmental and social sustainability and good corporate governance, the agreement with Confartigianato allows for the use of innovative tools such as the S-Loans, i.e. the Intesa Sanpaolo loans intended to support investments in these areas including the possibility of also providing for indicators that reward gender equality. Among the opportunities provided for by the agreement are access to the Circular Economy ceiling which Intesa Sanpaolo has allocated to transformative projects of SMEs inspired by the principles of the Circular Economy for a total amount of 8 billion euro and the introduction of welfare programs for employees.
