For the segment dedicated to builders, Intesa Sanpaolo Casa has developed some highly technological tools, such as artificial intelligence algorithms for estimating the value of the property which, starting from an analysis of the attractiveness of an area in terms of services profits to the citizen and average transactions, contribute to the accurate definition of prices within the reference area of the construction sites.
