Intesa Sanpaolo: Carlo Tassara sells 1,5% of the capital

The holding company of the French financier Romain Zaleski has sold its remaining stake in the Turin bank – Sold between 230 and 250 million shares, for a total value of around 600 million euros.

Carlo Tassara sold the remaining stake in Intesa Sanpaolo, a stake between 230 and 250 million shares, equal to 1,5% of the capital of the Turin institution. The sale price was around 2,5 euros, for a total value collected by Romain Zaleski's holding close to 600 million.

The sale of the stake in Intesa Sanpaolo is in line with the strategy of Carlo Tassara, which intends to progressively loosen the equity investments in the portfolio in order to cut the debt with the banks.
