You start the The third edition of the Elite Lounge is now underway, organized by Intesa Sanpaolo in collaboration with Elite, the ecosystem of Euronext which supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their growth path and in accessing private and public financial markets. The objective of this project is to identify the most promising Italian entrepreneurial realities and prepare them to face the challenges associated with growth, providing them with a series of business support services.

Elite Lounge 2023: a growth path for companies

In the five years since the first edition of the Lounge, Intesa Sanpaolo has accompanied over 360 companies from various Italian regions and operating in various sectors, contributing to their competitiveness on international markets, dimensional growth and investments. In fact, the SMEs selected belong to industrial sectors of excellence in the national economy, including the medical, food, construction and engineering sectors.

The 22 small and medium-sized enterprises selected by Intesa Sanpaolo for this third edition of the Lounge will have the opportunity to become part of a network of contacts and benefit from highly qualified training programmes, with the technical consultancy of solid and important partners in Italy.

Collaboration investments and resources

The training program includes in-depth modules covering various development and growth issues of the enterprise, such as strategic innovation, internationalization, corporate culture, good governance and raising financial resources. These themes are in line with the areas of intervention of Engine Italy, Intesa Sanpaolo's strategic program to support SMEs, as well as with the investments of 410 billion euro made available by Intesa Sanpaolo by 2026 to support the objectives of the PNRR, of which 270 billion intended for businesses and 120 billion specifically to SMEs.

In addition to the financial resources made available, Intesa Sanpaolo has developed a new support front, allowing companies to access the opportunities offered by the PNRR. Almost 8.000 corporate clients of Intesa Sanpaolo, including large corporate companies, have obtained public funding in line with the 6 missions of the PNRR.
