Intesa Sanpaolo, agreement with Anaci on condominiums

Intesa Sanpaolo has signed an agreement with Anaci, the national association of condominium and real estate administrators, which focuses on the importance of the figure of the professional administrator as an interlocutor between the bank and the condominium.

The agreement provides for concessions for some financial services dedicated to condominiums, for example the current account, collection and payment services and dedicated financing, whose credit characteristics enhance the proven professionalism of the administrator.

Andrea Lecce, head of Intesa Sanpaolo's Sales & Marketing Department for Individuals and Retail Companies, declares: "Our goal is to propose concrete solutions to facilitate the redevelopment of the country's real estate assets with important impacts on the safety and comfort of citizens, on the environment and on real estate valuation. The agreement with Anaci is the result of the commitment of both parties who, by pooling their skills, have been collaborating for some time to build effective solutions to enhance the condominium segment". Francesco Burrelli, national president of Anaci, underlines:

The president of Anaci Francesco Burrelli underlines how “Thanks to the agreement, it will be easier to promote energy saving, the use of the Sisma Bonus, the development of Smart Cities, connectivity and any other intervention that modifies and redevelops buildings. Intesa Sanpaolo's attention to the Italian condominium reality will also significantly contribute to restarting the circular economy, which is developed precisely on these good practices.".
