Intesa Sanpaolo makes available to the Finservice Group a revolving ceiling of 50 million euro for the energy improvement e seismic of condominiums in Lombardy, Emilia Romagna and Veneto through the sale of the Ecobonus and Superbonus tax credits. While a further 5 million euros will be allocated to liquidity needs and cash recovery. The operation is inspired by the Relaunch Decree which provided for the possibility of transferring the credit for tax bonuses, instead of the direct use of deductions.
In detail, the agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo provides financial support for the Mantuan group - specialized in obtaining non-repayable grants - to deal with the execution of the works, from the start-up to their conclusion, making it possible to optimize financial resources , improve cash flow and seize the opportunities offered by tax incentives.
The bank headed by Carlo Messina intervenes not only with the transfer of the tax credit and any financing for the start-up and management of construction sites, but also with the optional service of free assistance of Deloitte, which follows the customer in obtaining the compliance visa and in the management of the tax drawer.
