The Intesa Sanpaolo real estate brokerage and brokerage company has joined FIABCI Italia which is part of the International Real Estate Federation in view of the new opportunities offered by the international market

Intesa Sanpaolo Casa, the Group's real estate brokerage and intermediation company, joins FIABCI Italia - International Real Estate Federation, the international association that brings together real estate operators from all over the world and, as a new associate member, hosted meeting yesterday:

“Fintech and Happy City: innovative international and national solutions” in the presence of the main foreign delegates of FIABCI. Founded in 1977, the federation also operates in Italy with the aim of facilitating networking opportunities between the main players in the sector by projecting them onto an international scenario.

Anna Carbonelli, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Casa and Antonio Campagnoli, President of FIABCI Italia opened the meeting by respectively illustrating the distinctive characteristics of Intesa Sanpaolo Casa and the potential deriving from being part of the larger International Federation of Real Estate, in over 60 countries, active in promoting improvement initiatives in cities and supporting the real estate sector around the world. Particular attention was paid to the testimonies of foreign associates from Russia, Spain, Tunisia, Indonesia, Lebanon and the United States in relation to issues such as the happiness indexes of the population commensurate with the quality of urban contexts (City Prosperity Initiative - Perception Index) and the technologies to support the development of the sector.

Intesa Sanpaolo Casa also pays great attention to the opportunities of the foreign market: the company recently presented the new Exclusive segment dedicated to the high end of the market, which is aimed for the first time at customers interested in buying and selling prestigious properties worth more than 1 million euros. With a team of twenty agents specialized in luxury homes in the four agencies of Milan, Padua, Rome and Turin, Intesa Sanpaolo Casa Exclusive aims to become the main interlocutor in the sector by exploiting the synergies with potential foreign investors in Italy and with the approximately 38.000 private customers of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group (data as at 30 September 2018).

In three years, the company has achieved around 13 million in management turnover, boasting an average sales time of 130 days against a market average of 8 months with conversion rates from mandates to sales standing at 62%.
