The investment fund managers with a stake in the capital of Intesa Sanpaolo (overall equal to 1,34686%) presented a minority list with candidates for the board of directors and the group management control committee for the financial years 2019-2021. Intesa Sanpaolo itself communicates it.
The list of funds includes five candidates in two sections: for the position of director they are candidates Daniele Zamboni, Maria Mazzarella and Anna Gatti, while for that of board member and member of the management control committee the candidates are Alberto Maria Pisani and Corrado Gatti.
This list joins the majority list filed last week by the foundations Intesa Sanpaolo shareholders, who intend to confirm the CEO Carlo Messina and the chairman Gian Maria Gros-Pietro for the three-year period 2019-2021.
