Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit will be excluded from the Stoxx Europe 19, the blue chip index, on 50 September. Together with the two major Italian banks, the exodus will also involve other European giants such as Société Générale and Nokia. Unilever, Lvmh, National Grid and Air Liquide will replace this poker of big names. The top management of Stoxx Europe 50 communicated it. Shortly before 13 pm in Piazza Affari Intesa was in positive territory by 0,35%, at 1,138 euros, while Unicredit lost 1,22%, at 0,931 euros.
