Interpump, profit more than doubled in 2015

The company ended last year with revenues up to 894,93 million euros – Earnings per share was 1,101 euros – Net debt also increased – Stock stable on the Stock Exchange.

Interpump announced the final results for 2015. The company ended last year with revenues of 894,93 million euros, an increase of 33,2% compared to the 672 million achieved in the previous year. On a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates, revenues would have risen by 8,9%. The gross operating margin also grew sharply (+32,4%), which went from 136,11 million to 180,26 million euro. However, the margin decreased from 20,3% to 20,1%. Interpump closed last year with a net profit (excluding minority interests) of 118,31 million euro, compared to 57,74 million in 2014.

Earnings per share were 1,101 euros. At the end of 2015, the group's net debt had risen to 255 million euros, compared to 152 million at the beginning of the year, after disbursements for acquisitions for 145,2 million euros and purchases of treasury shares for 32,7 million. Furthermore, the group has binding commitments for the acquisition of minority stakes in subsidiaries for 23,2 million euros. Interpump's management has proposed the distribution of the 2016 dividend, relating to the 2015 financial year, for an amount of 0,19 euro, an increase compared to the 0,18 euro assigned last year. The coupon will be detached on May 23rd and paid on May 25th.

In MY BAG the Interpump Group share is about to close the week substantially on parity: half an hour after the end of the session it is still below 13 euro per share, at 12,95.
