Intepump goes shopping in Brazil. The mechanical group from Emilia has signed a preliminary contract for the acquisition of the company Back track, which in 2010 had a turnover of 5,9 million euros, with an Ebitda of 1,3 million. The agreement provides for the purchase of 100% of the capital for a total price of 12,1 million euros.

The transaction should be completed in January. In the first nine months of 2011 Takarada's turnover recorded a growth of 33% (5,8 million euro) compared to the same period of 2010, while the Ebitda amounted to 1,2 million, for a growth of 21 %.
