Interpump goes shopping in the UK

Interpump acquired 100% of the British company Endeavour (Hydralok brand), which produces machines and systems for crimping hydraulic hoses.

“The operation is part of a program to strengthen and rationalize Interpump's direct commercial presence in the various international markets”, reads a note from the Emilia-based group.

In the last financial year, which closed on 31 March 2015, Endeavor achieved a turnover of approximately 1,9 million pounds (approximately 2,5 million euros), with an Ebitda equal to approximately 16% of sales.

Interpump, through its subsidiary IMM Hydraulics UK, paid Endeavour one million pounds, a price which includes cash of 200 thousand pounds and which may be the subject of an adjustment up to a maximum of 300 thousand pounds based on the Ebitda as at 31 March 2016.

Early afternoon today the stock on the stock exchange of Interpump gains 3%, to 11,83 euros.
