Inter and Milan, China is close

The Chinese of the Suning Group, the 16,2 billion dollar colossus of one of the richest men in the world, aim to buy 70% of Inter by taking over the shares of Moratti and most of Thohir: for the Nerazzurri it would be a leap of quality – Milan's fate is more uncertain: will Berlusconi sell to the Chinese or not? – Meanwhile, Juve is strengthening: it is one step away from Dani Alves and aims at Mascherano and André Gomes while Morata moves away

Inter and Milan, China is close

Milan increasingly towards China. Waiting to understand how the Milan situation will evolve, it is Inter who takes a further step towards the Eastern power. By the end of June, the Nerazzurri's general staff will move to Nanjing, a metropolis of 8 million inhabitants in the Jiangsu province, to finalize the sale of 70% of the club to the Suning group.

An operation that will bring about 600 million euros in cash, a real windfall in view of a market that, otherwise, would have been bordering on prohibitive, but above all very important prospects for the future. If the sale of a minority stake to Suning was in fact the "open secret", the same cannot be said of the news that emerged yesterday (and has not been denied).

The scenario is more than plausible (in October Moratti will be free to sell his 30% and Thohir has no intention of taking over the club on his own) as well as reassuring: the Suning Group is a giant worth 16,2 billion dollars and Zhang Jindong, the main shareholder, is the 28th richest man in China and 403rd in the world, with personal assets of 4,1 billion. For Inter it would be a far from indifferent economic leap, also because the Chinese, as well as technical management, are ready to take on all the debts.

The future of Milan is more uncertain, at least until 15 June. In fact, that day Berlusconi will have to give precise answers regarding his intentions, which have so far been rather nebulous. To sell or not to sell? This is the Rossoneri president's dilemma and the doubts, as a consequence, are dragged over the whole club. It is not yet known who the next coach will be and even the market objectives, Ibrahimovic dream aside, remain a mystery.

Meanwhile in via Aldo Rossi a fax has arrived from West Ham concerning Carlos Bacca, one of the few to have international appeal. The English have offered 20 million euros, Galliani doesn't want to negotiate for less than 25. In any case, the door is far from closed, demonstrating that at the moment there is absolutely no non-transferable person.

On the other hand, the strategies of Juventus are decidedly clearer, determined to reinforce an already ultra-competitive squad with very high profile elements. The hottest names are always Dani Alves and Mascherano, objectives now declared by Marotta himself. “I'm not hiding from the Brazilian – admitted the Juventus general manager. – We have focused our attention on him but first we have to wait for him to resolve his relationship with Barcelona. If so, then we will outline the contractual aspects with the player. Mascherano is a very interesting profile just like André Gomes but these are difficult operations”.

In short, the priority is Dani Alves, while the Morata affair needs to be resolved. "I'd like to return to Real Madrid and win many trophies – admitted the Spaniard in an interview with As. – But I want to feel important and I'm going to play in a team that will allow me to do so". No door in Juve's face, yet the feeling remains that the suitcases are now packed.

“We have always said we wanted to focus on Alvaro – explained Marotta. – However, we know that Real has the right to buy back, so we are waiting for the meeting with the Spanish managers to understand what will happen”.
