For the second consecutive year the Her groupwins the gold medal in theIntegrated Governance Index 2022, the leading quantitative index for measuring corporate ESG identity integration, managed by EticaNews and presented in Milan during theESG Business Conference, a day of debates and networking which aims to encourage debate between companies, investors and professionals and to provide an opportunity for discussion on best practices.

What is the Integrated Governance Index 2022: the characteristics of the questionnaire

THEIntegrated Governance Index it's a quantitative index built on the basis of a questionnaire addressed to companies. The reference panel for the survey today includes the top 100 listed companies, the companies that publish the non-financial statement pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 254 of 30 December 2016, the top 50 unlisted and industrial companies in the Mediobanca ranking.

The questionnaire is structured around a grid of closed-ended questions whose assessment is based on a pre-established score that applies in a standard manner to all companies: the final score is a summation of the scores obtained.

Il questionnaire 2022 (seventh edition) is made up of a core part of around 90 questions divided into ten survey areas and around 10 thematic and different Extraordinary Investigation questions for each edition of the index.
