Hamburgers, salads and pizza are the three most Instagrammed delivery dishes in 2018. This is revealed by the food delivery company Deliveroo which has drawn up a special ranking based on the strongly current trend of these times which has thethe food in the photos. In fact, today, more than ever, the photos are taken at the restaurant and not only at home by food bloggers but also by entire families and published on the social network which allows users to publish images, apply filters and share them on the Net.
From the analysis, carried out by food delivery on the flow of images posted by users through their instagram account with reference to Deliveroo, it emerged a top 10 of the most instagrammed home delivery dishes in the past twelve months. At the top of the dishes photographed, based on the hashtag #deliveroo used 88.758 globally, there is the burger in the classic version, veg, cheese or bacon cheese. Salads, with flowers, fruit, vegetables cut ad hoc, they are placed in second place, while in third we find Pizza, cut into wedges or whole with the most varied condiments.
In fourth place is poke, US dish made with native Hawaiian raw fish and served as an appetizer or main course. Half of the ranking is instead occupied from the timeless sushi in the temaki, roll, hossomaki and uramaki versions. Rear position is for the ramen (sixth place), Japanese dish of Chinese-type wheat noodles served in meat or fish broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and with toppings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed, kamaboko, green onion, and a times corn. Seventh place for juices and smoothiesif eighth for the colors of the gelato. Only ninth our beloved pasta. The ranking is closed by fruit, in the tropical or fruit salad version.
