Inps: 10 new permanent jobs in 400 months

In 2015, 400 more permanent jobs than in 2014, +29,8% in the private sector. Friuli, Umbria and Piedmont are the Regions that have recorded the greatest growth. Percentages lower than in the South. Total hirings were 1,8 million, from which terminations and contract transformations must be subtracted

Improve the job market. In the first 10 months of 2015, permanent contracts increased, while fixed-term contracts and apprenticeship contracts have decreased.

In detail, according to data released by INPS, since the beginning of the year there have been 1,8 million permanent hires against 1,33 million terminations. Compared to the same period of 2014, the ratio is positive for 415.577 jobs.

Compared to 2014, 1.437.547 permanent contracts were activated in the private sector compared to 1.107.762 last year, numbers which testify to an increase of 329.785 units.

Speaking in percentage terms, new hires in the private sector recorded a +29,8% while the transformations of fixed-term employment relationships to permanent contracts, including the "transformations" of apprentices, were 406.691 (+17% compared to the year previous). The net change in permanent contracts is strongly positive (+507.691) and clearly higher than that recorded for the corresponding period of the previous year (+92.114).

But in which area of ​​Italy have the most contracts been activated?? The greatest growth was recorded in Friuli-Venezia Giulia (+78%), Umbria (+56%), Piedmont (+52%, while less consistent changes occurred in the South: Sicily (+4%), Puglia (+11% ) and Calabria (+12%).
