Inps: here are the calls for forensic practice in advocacy

INPS has published calls for admission to practice forensics in some of its legal offices. The Institute specifies in a note the requisites required of candidates:

  • be an Italian citizen or a citizen of a member state of the European Union, or be a citizen of a non-EU member state in possession of the requirements set out in art. 17, paragraph 2 of Law 247/2012;
  • be in possession of the requisites required for enrollment in the register of trainee lawyers held by the Council of the Order of Lawyers at the Court in the area in whose district the INPS legal office indicated in the practice application is located;
  • if already registered in the special register of trainees at the Council of the Order, not have a seniority of registration exceeding 2 (two) months.

The application must be submitted electronically using the here present on Institute website from 12,00 on 12 November until 14,00 on 12 December. This is the only way to apply: applications presented, for example, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or hand-delivered at the Institute's offices will not be accepted.

Each application must be presented for only one of the Legal Offices of INPS mentioned in art. 1 of the tenders. Furthermore, in order to be admitted, the application must be accompanied by a curriculum vitae in Pdf drawn up in the European format.

The regional and metropolitan coordination directorates will verify the possession of the requisites prescribed by the announcement and the truthfulness of the declarations made in the application form. A commission set up in each direction will evaluate the suitability of the candidates on the basis of the criteria indicated in the announcement and will draw up the ranking.

The final lists will be published on the INPS website.
