They keep increasing mobility and unemployment applications. This is certified by theINPS, which reports that in the period January-August 1.214.582 requests for extraordinary interventions were presented against 993.287 in the same period of the previous year, for a growth of 22,3%.
In the month of August, a total of 97.238 applications were presented, an increase of 10,53% on an annual basis. Specifically, 70.797 ASpI applications were presented, 18.647 mini ASpI applications, 222 applications for ordinary and special construction unemployment, 7.373 mobility applications and 199 ordinary unemployment for suspended workers.
In September, however, INPS recorded a 1,3% drop over the year in layoff hours authorized for ordinary, extraordinary and derogating interventions, to 85,2 million compared to 86,4 million in the same month of the last year. In the January-September period, the total hours of redundancy fund authorized were 789 million, down by 0,4% on an annual basis.
