On February 16, they acquired 100% of Manzardo Spa, a company that deals with the distribution of air conditioning and bathroom furniture products. There are 36 of its stores in northern Italy. According to a separate agreement, the Bolzano-based company will subsequently pass under the direct control of Bourbon Building Materials Ltd, another subsidiary of the Hadleigh group. At the time, Manzardo Spa had welcomed the arrival of the British, from whom they expected a strengthening of the group's consolidation and growth strategy.
