The InfoCamere Payment Institution changes its legal status. Following the transfer of the related business unit from InfoCamere Scpa – the Society of the Chambers of Commerce for digital services and innovation – Iconto Srl was born, a company 100% controlled by InfoCamere and with a share capital of 2.500.000 euros . The new entity, autonomous and specialized, will develop payment services for the Chambers of Commerce and businesses.
With Iconto, the Chambers of Commerce "make an important tool available to businesses and professionals designed both to make the business-PA relationship increasingly fluid and to encourage financial inclusion, especially of SMEs", reads a note from InfoCamere .
The clientele, currently numbering 11.500, is mainly made up of businesses and professionals, who make payments, through pagoPA, to the Chambers of Commerce, Public Administrations certified on the public payment platform, including the online F24 payment, SUAP practices and access services to the Telematic Civil Process.
The InfoCamere payment institution is the only Payment Service Provider (PSP) authorized to issue the @e.bollo virtual stamp, the service created by the Revenue Agency for the purchase and affixing of digital stamps.
